Graduating law students outpace law firm jobs by 7.3 to 1

In my quest to help law students, I came across this post online that made me all the more determined to help them.

Law firm jobs simply aren't there for graduating law students.

According to Lawyerist.com, since 2003, graduating law students have outpaced available law firm jobs by 7.3 to 1.  Only 51,540 law firm jobs were created since 2003. Yet 376,201 new lawyers graduated from law schools over that same period. Check out that POST.

Such dismal prospects of finding a law firm job can only make budding, optimistic new lawyers severe pessimists.
